Permitted use
This website provides Campaign information and allows visitors to request updates, volunteer, contact the Campaign, and express interest in contributing. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, damage, probe, or interfere with the website, its security, or another person’s use of it.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. You may not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, malicious, or impersonating content.
Campaign contributions
Contributions must be made from the contributor’s own funds and in the contributor’s own name, and must comply with applicable law. Contributions are not tax-deductible. Florida law generally limits contributions to candidates in elections conducted on less than a countywide basis to $1,000 per person or political committee per election, subject to statutory exceptions and future changes. Please refer to section 106.08, Florida Statutes.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Unless otherwise stated, this website’s text, photographs, graphics, logos, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Campaign. You may share public Campaign materials for personal, noncommercial political expression if they are not altered in a misleading way. Third-party services, including PayPal, voting resources, mapping providers, and social-media platforms, are governed by their own terms and policies.
Election information
We work to keep dates, polling information, and voter resources accurate, but official information may change. Always confirm details with the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections.
No warranties and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Campaign disclaims all express and implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or any linked service.
Governing law, changes, and contact
